Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes, we do offer wholesale and bulk pricing options for customers who need to purchase multiple units. We offer personalized and/or customized products . You may collaborate on a design with our team, or outsource your design needs to us entirely. Please reach out to us via email (EG2.help@gmail.com) with your detailed request and requirements and we will create a proposal for you.

Delivery Times and Costs
Our printing and fulfilment partner, Printify, offers global shipping to most countries worldwide.
After production (1-3 days) delivery for US orders typically takes 1-7 days, while for other countries, it can take anywhere from 2-30 days. This depends on multiple factors including distance, weight, weather, etc.
Printify currently provides four shipping methods, though each option may not be available at all times: Economy, Standard, Priority, and Express. Economy shipping is the most affordable option starting from $3.99.

What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items within 21 days of delivery. All returns must be in original, unworn condition with the tags still attached. We will issue a full refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping costs.
Please be mindful of sizing/color/fit details before placing your order. As this is a small, queer-owned US business, each return hurts financially and contributes to increased carbon emissions. How do Enneagram /Two's partnerships companies like Printify reduce waste and limit global emissions?
Typically, “Fast Fashion” brands rely on low-cost labor markets (like China) for order fulfilment. Direct-from-China shipping often takes longer and has higher costs compared to Printify's global network. By leveraging local print providers closer to the end customer, Printify is able to reduce delivery times and shipping expenses.

Squarespace's e-commerce platform ensures the security of payment information through its compliance with PCI-DSS standards. Squarespace Payments and all of Squarespace's payment processors, Stripe, PayPal, and Square, are compliant with the applicable PCI standards. This means that Squarespace's payment processing infrastructure meets the industry-standard security requirements for handling and storing sensitive customer payment data.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to monitor the delivery status of your package. You can track your order on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) using the provided tracking number.

How long will it take to receive my order?
For US orders, delivery typically takes 2-8 days, while for other countries, it can take 3-30 days.

Where are your products printed and fulfilled?
Our designs are created in-house at our studio in Oakland, CA. Once the designs are finalized, they are sent to our printing and fulfillment partner, Printify, who handles the printing, packaging, and shipping of the orders. For US orders, Printify has multiple production facilities located throughout the United States.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, for online payments. Your payment information is securely processed through our Squarespace e-commerce platform.
If eligible, you may also utilize popular Buy Now Pay Later platforms for payment, like Klarna and Afterpay.

Why are some items listed with a gender and some are not?
Enneagram / Two creates designs meant for everyone, regardless of where they fall on the gender spectrum. Item descriptions may include gender-specific identifiers to align with sizing and fit nomenclature people are accustomed to when shopping.
