Scope of the Agreement

This Terms of Service agreement establishes the legal relationship between "Enneagram / Two" / “Enneagram Two LLC”(hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") and you, the user of our website and services (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "your"). Any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Los Angeles, California, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Modifications and Termination

The Company reserves the right to modify this Terms of Service agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the updated agreement on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to any modified terms, you must discontinue use of our services and terminate your account.

The Company may suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, you will remain liable for any outstanding amounts owed to the Company.
